Pantene Expert Collection | Age Defy Review

Hey :) So I got sent the new Pantene Expert Age Defy Shampoo and Conditioner from Supersavyme the other week and thought i'd might as well try it out. What I firstly loved about this was that it wasn't some small tester packet with barely enough for one wash, it was the full sized products! So I could use it for a couple of washes and see if I noticed any differences. I'm not really a Pantene person myself so I was a bit skeptical and it does say 'Age Defy' (and i'm only 19) so I wasn't sure If i'd notice any differences at all after using it. BUT i absolutely did! After the first wash my hair felt really nourished and healthy! I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and after every wash my hair feels silky and looks lovely. Even my mother has used it and really loved it. My hair is very long but not very thick and ombre, It says for fuller and thicker hair and i think it works as my hair has never felt this nice! Even when i blow dried my hair (which I don't normally do, I tend to let it dry naturally) it still felt amazing! So I would absolutely recommend this to anyone! and I will be picking this up for myself because It's now a favourite of mine. If you've tried it let me know :)

Doing Something For A Good Cause!

So recently my mother's choir Singers Rock have teamed up with a campaign called 'Cwtched' and songwriter Amy Wadge (who has worked with people like Ed Sheeran!) to release a single called 'Just Give More Love.' It is an amazing song, and even better its for a good cause as well! The 'Cwtched' campaign is to bring attention to the fact that there is no inpatient treatment centre in Wales for people suffering with eating disorders, the nearest centre is in England which means patients are moved away from family and friends at a time when they need them the most. So this single is to campaign for the first treatment centre to be set up in Wales, written and sung by songwriter Amy Wadge and Singer Rock Choir, it can be found on Spotify, Amazon and Itunes (links will be below!) I know they would really appreciate it if you could buy, share and spread the word.

Also the 'Cwtched' campaign can be found on Facebook-
so head on over there and like the page!
Photo: As we have no funds whatsoever please could you help by spreading the word about our single. Have put a poster together - please could you print it off or download it and distribute it around to Drs waiting rooms, treatment centres, email to people etc. Would really appreciate the help, thanks
You can buy the song here off Itunes:

On Amazon:

And on Spotify:

For less then £1 your helping bring attention to a great campaign!
Thank you

Family Trip to Penllergare Woods

Hi! So I've decided to start to try blogging as i have been thinking about it for a while and I enjoy reading others blogs so i thought why not?! I'm a complete newbie and not really sure how to work this at the moment but I'm hoping i'll get better with practice! Anyway so I'm a student currently studying dance and psychology at Bath Spa University, but i'm originally from Swansea in Wales. I love all things dance, beauty and creative. Definitely a Disney-addict! So enjoy!
☺♥
As I was home from university for the Easter holidays, myself, the siblings and my Dad decided we would go for a walk as the weather was lovely and warm (and that's rare in Wales!). We toke a trip to Penllergare woods which is just up the road from where I live and it is absolutely beautiful. It was the first time i had ever been there and I didn't even know it existed! It was lovely to just stroll through and admire the scenery, there is even a waterfall and pond. It was great to just spend some time with the family messing around and enjoying being outside. That's what I love about living in Wales is that there are so many beaches and woods and outside areas to enjoy in Summer. I think next time I will take my little doggy Bella for a walk down there because its such a nice place!
I have to add at the end this picture of my brother falling over because it had me in stitches! We were trying to click our ankles together (Mary Poppins style) and he miserably failed. Hahahaha!
